"We ordered the three-meat plate to share — brisket, turkey, and sausage — with jalapeño beans, cole slaw, plenty of fixins, and Texas toast. The portions were generous… more than enough for both of us, and we were left completely satisfied. The brisket was tender and flavorful, the turkey was juicy, and the sausage had great seasoning with just the right kick. The sides were just as impressive, especially the jalapeño beans. I forgot to take a “before” photo, but the empty container says it all — the food was that good. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Great bbq! We loved the brisket, sauce, beans and cole slaw. People next to us got a potato with a pile of meat and it looked so good. There were a lot of options. A local next to us said that this is his favorite spot. The location was easy for us to get to heading north on I 35."

"Don't let the lack of cars in the parking lot fool ya, STOP IN! It might look like a quiet roadside barbecue spot, but the food is awesome. 1 lb. of tender, fall off the bone ribs, creamy mac & cheese with flavorful baked beans. Topped it off with a sweet tea and it was nap time. (I was nearly ready to burst, it was so good) All that for only $18.99, it was a bargain. And my trucking brethren, there's ample parking for us there. Definitely worth a visit."

"Driving on 35, got starving and randomly selected this restaurant. I’m so glad to be here tonight. The food was awesome! Friendly and nice people. Definitely will come again.- December 2021 January 31, 2022. Visited again!!! Exit 358 on 35 and came to the restaurant. We placed a to go order with sausage, brisket and ribs. Very friendly staff as always. I love this BBQ place. It’s closed at 7:30pm currently. Can’t wait to open the food bag. It smelled so good in car."

"SEMI PARKING: Park facing the frontage road and highway. DO NOT PARK like the guy in the picture. They've got some really outstanding BBQ sauce!! Plenty of room for semis to park and get some really great food."

"Truly an authentic texas BBQ restaurant. Brisket and chicken were tender and moist, sausage was very good as well. Also didn’t cost an arm and leg, like some other places charge. $20 and some change for a 2 meat plate with 2 sides and a drink. An older restaurant on the inside but don’t let it scare you!"
